But they’re still rooted in an old paradigm: create more content, deliver more training, hope it makes a difference.
We’re building something different
We’re building something designed for the workplace itself. PerformaGo isn’t a set of prebuilt AI assistants. It’s a powerful yet accessible tool that lets you build your own performance support GPTs—each one tailored to a specific workplace challenge, and underpinned by proven performance support principles.
This means that L&D teams won’t just be delivering training content. They’ll be deploying practical, context-aware tools that help people perform better at work, where and when it counts.

PerformaGo is grounded in a set of core beliefs about what actually drives impact:

To test and prove those principles, we’re building a series of prototype GPTs ourselves—things like planners, ‘side-kick’ assistants, and reflective tools—so we can learn what works before opening up those capabilities to you.
